Right now I feel totally bored with and completely unchallened by everything in my life.
Work is a drag. School is a drag. The middle of the semester always drags and I just try to not get in a funk.
I have a suspicion that if I'm bored, it's nobodies fault by my own, and it's up to me to fix this. I also have a suspicion that boredom may be the worst/lamest subject matter to write about. But Wavves manages to pull it off. (I actually think the lamest thing you could write about is having writers block - yet Charlie Kaufman managed to take that subject and make one of my favorite films, Adaptation, with it.) I may be bored now, but I think some very exciting things may be on the horizon.
