Julian Casablancas finally releases solo album

Phrazes for the Young came out yesterday. I was pretty stoked, I mean, I've been counting down the days for it's release since August. It's got 8 tracks, and most of them are pretty darn good.

This week has been awesome because Weezer's new album, Raditude, came out, too. It's no Phrazes for the Young, but I like it, despite Pitchfork only giving it a 4.5.

Anyway, today I was wondering why I never post on here anymore. I forgot I could make money from this. So I'm gonna try and start posting again. Anyway, I think I'm done posting for today.

P.S. I've been watching the show "Freaks and Geeks", and I've got to say that it is awesome. Sorta feels like the wonder years, but less ghey.

Weekly music artist feature

I'm thinking about starting a weekly feature on my favorite bands / artists. Because I want something to blog about. I dunno, though. I'll sleep on this idea. I don't think the world needs another blog to feature bands, but maybe I can do it in a fresh way or bring a new twist to it.

For now I'll just mention that Julian Casablancas (lead singer/songwriter of The Strokes(The Strokes are the greatest band ever bytheway(f the beatles))) is releasing a solo album on October 20th. Bytheway, allegedly The Strokes are recording a 4th album right now. I can't wait.
